The release of Web of Science Publisher Portal on mid of june 2021

Web of Science Publisher Portal

The Web of Science™ Publisher Portal will soon be open to all publishers, improving the journal submission process.
The Portal allows publishers to securely log in and submit journals for inclusion in the Web of Science Core Collection™ and provides a way to view the status of all submitted journals.
As a necessary step to support this transition, there will be some downtime with the current journal submission process. Here’s what you need to know:
From 7 April:
All Journal submissions through the Master Journal List™ and the Publisher Portal will be suspended.
From mid-June:
All evaluation requests must be submitted through the Web of Science Publisher Portal. The exact date that submissions can recommence will be communicated in the coming weeks along with instructions for how to register for a Publisher Portal account.
Please note:
Only journal publishers will be granted access to the Publisher Portal and therefore only journal publishers can submit evaluation requests.
We currently are unable to receive hardcopy for new Web of Science journal evaluations in order to support our move to a digital workplace and to minimize the environmental impact on our global operations. More information on this initiative will be shared in due course.
For journals covered in ESCI, it is no longer necessary to submit re-evaluation requests. We regularly monitor the citation performance of all covered journals and those that show the necessary levels for consideration for inclusion in SCIE, SSCI and/or AHCI are automatically flagged for re-evaluation.
Please refer to our selection criteria to learn more about our editorial processes. We encourage you to read our FAQs and watch the video below to learn more about the Web of Science Publisher Portal and the information you will need in order to complete an evaluation request.
