It analyzes the appraisal system's attitude, graduation, and engagement aspects in news texts from various Indonesian newspapers, such as Kompas, Republika, Media Indonesia, and Jawa Pos. The analysis reveals a prevalence of positive attitudes towards the relocation project, aligning with the government's narrative, but also acknowledges the presence of dissenting voices within the discourse.
