The research examines the appraisal system realization in Indonesian news texts related to the state capital relocation and the construction of ideology within these texts. It analyzes the appraisal system's attitude, graduation, and engagement aspects in news texts from various Indonesian newspapers, such as Kompas, Republika, Media Indonesia, and Jawa Pos.
